Image from Eshaness

Rocks at Eshaness on the Shetland Isles! The rocks at Eshaness are some of Britain’s oldest rocks, formed by fire, water, wind and ice.  The scenery at Eshaness show a powerful story of mighty collisions, violent eruptions and continual change.

It is great to be walking on the edge of the north atlantic ocean on The rocks that were formed 350 to 400 million years ago. The image is a composition of three images or the rock surface in my eager to make a large wallpaper to cover a large wall. I like the texture at these volcanic rocks and the high resolution image will give a lot of details when enlarges or you zoom in.

Enjoy,

Martin Bay
